BESIDES BEING UNSIGHTLY AND SMELLY, ANIMAL WASTE CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO THE HEALTH OF OUR CHILDREN

TRANSMISSION BETWEEN DOGS IS THROUGH FECAL MATTER.

THE OFFICE HAS GOTTEN MANY CALLS IN REGARDS TO PET WASTE NOT BEING PICKED UP BY THE OWNERS.

SHOULD YOU WITNESS SOMEONE THAT IS NOT PICKING UP AFTER YOUR PET WE ASK THAT YOU SNAP A PICTURE OF THE OWNER AND/OR THE PET  AND SENT IT TO THE OFFICE.

FINES WILL BE ISSUED TO THE RESIDENTS THAT’S DO NOT ABIDE BY OUR PET OWNER RULES.

When walking your dog in our community, remember that it MUST always be leashed!! There are NO exceptions.

Our dog park is the only place on the property that dogs are allowed to be unleased.

IF TAKING CARE OF NUMBER TWO IS NUMBER ONE TO YOU, THEN PICKING UP YOUR DOGGY DOO SHOULD MATTER LOTS TO YOU!

SO SCOOP THE POOP AND BAG IT AND PLACE IT IN THE TRASH: YOUR DOGGY DOO REFLECTS ON YOU. ITS WHAT YOUR PUPPY PASSED!!
